Account Executive - Kona

The Account Executive role is responsible for representing Procter & Gamble and Webco Hawaii. They are the eyes and ears of the division and is the liaison between the retailers and Webco. They are responsible for driving sales through store level activities such as: identifying operational replenishment issues, assisting with merchandising daily deliveries, identifying incremental sales opportunities, and supporting divisional marketing promotions.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales:
    • Build and maintain relationships in store with all levels of management and personnel
    • Identify incremental sales opportunities to increase overall sales
    • Work with different departments within division to implement store specific promotional sales strategies guided by marketing events, manufacturer FSIs, new & out of stock items and sales trends
    • Assist Business Directors in achieving company’s income and expense budgets through proper forecasting and inventory management

Information Technology Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Portal maintenance – which includes price changes, correction, conversion changes and corrections.
  • Issuing company equipment assigned to employees as required and maintain their records.

Warehouse Support

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, performs receiving, stocking, pulling and staging of consumer products in multiple warehouse areas. Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Performance based on time sensitive and accurate order pulling or receipt of incoming material.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

  • Ensures incoming freight is scanned into and put away in primary or back up pallet positions, operating forklift or pickers as required.
  • Ensures products are pulled on a timely basis, using scanning devices operating with a warehouse management system, and operating forklift or pickers as required.
  • Follows established procedures on notifying supervisor of NIS (not in stock) items.
  • Communicates daily with supervisor to achieve 100% in-stock performance.
  • Upon completion of orders, responsible to deliver products to Consolidators in appropriate areas, operating forklift as required.
  • Prepare equipment and vehicles for use; includes regularly checking forklift and picker to ensure they are in operating condition and performing routine inspection of mechanical equipment.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly warehouse.
  • Performs other related warehouse duties as may be required or assigned.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

  • May be required to work in alternate warehouses or perform additional duties assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintains yard and areas in and around warehouse as required.

Inventory Control Supervisor

Summary

Oversees and assists the warehouse and inventory control teams in the performance of their job duties. Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the inventory cycle counting and Mezzanine replenishment programs. They resolve inventory discrepancies, monitor damages and expired inventory, and execute root cause analysis and prevention to ensure accurate inventory.

 

Primary Duties

Maintain structured cycle count program to eliminate and reduce missing inventory issues.

Develop and implement replenishment program for Komohana Mezzanine project.

Conduct NIS (not in stock) research and provide recommendations to correct and reduce occurrences.

Evaluate and execute changes in pallet slot sequencing to improve efficiency and accuracy of warehouse operations.

Monitor and research negative on hand quantities and inventory discrepancies to determine root cause and implement preventive measures.

Ensure all date coded inventory is properly identified in the system.

Identify UOM issues and escalate information to the appropriate BD/BDM to initiate system changes to fix the issues.

Follow-up with BD/BDM’s to ensure system changes are completed timely.

May be required to supervise and be responsible for alternate warehouse facilities.

Mains security in yard and areas in and around warehouse as required.

Skills / Knowledge

Must be visually able to read and write hand written documents and communicate with others.

Inventory Control Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Inventory Control Supervisor, performs the technical, and clerical skills to effectively maintain accurate inventory of the warehouse facilities. Driver – CDL Class A

POSITION SUMMARY:

To perform general delivery and unloading duties to the company’s customers. All functions must be in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety rules. Performance based on timely deliveries to the company’s customers while building relationships through exceptional service. Responsible for daily maintenance of vehicle (reporting any mechanical issues; inspecting tires, fluid levels, license expirations, lights, turn signals, cleanliness, etc.) Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

  • Loads and unloads truck; verifies load against invoices; prepares route to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient deliveries.
  • Maintains maintenance log of truck assigned and ensures truck is maintained and serviced on a scheduled basis. 
  • Maintains cleanliness of the truck; inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil and water. 
  • Maintains telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive expedited delivery instructions.
  • Collects return or rejected merchandise, with documentation, and delivers this to the Returns department, prior to the end of each day. 
  • Treats all internal/external contacts as customers and strives to meet their expectations by providing responsive, adaptive, and exceptional added value service. 
  • Ensures all deliveries/pickups are signed and properly processed. 
  • Performs other related duties as may be required or assigned. 

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

  • May be required to work within the warehouse or perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Working Conditions:

Working conditions are considered acceptable, but occasionally involve lifting, standing, and carrying, and exposure to hazards common in a warehouse environment. Prolonged times of sitting.

Equipment Used:

Maintains assigned delivery truck and is certified on the correct operation of said equipment assigned. Operates forklift, pallet jacks, uses hand truck and standard safety equipment. Reports deficiencies to supervisor on a timely basis. 

Work Hours:

Monday-Friday Evenings; 3pm/4pm-9pm 

Part Time 

Other Requirements:

Pass a required drug testing and pre-employment physical examination. 

Accuracy: Maintains and demands personal accuracy for the delivery of orders to company’s valued customers. Ensures all deliveries are loaded and secured in/to the truck.

Field Representative (Part-Time)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Field Representative is responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory to ensure client standards are met and volume is increased. Adhere to suggested frequency and call times.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

  • Increase sales volume by identifying and addressing distribution and replenishment issues.
  • Ensure assortment integrity and verify newly authorized items are set into store distribution via approved planogram.
  • Drive promotional sales by suggesting quantities needed and request secondary display activity.
  • Aid in inventory control by identifying incremental sales opportunities.
  • Ensure all authorized items are in distribution in accordance with client’s shelf standards with appropriate signage.

  • Tracks all orders to ensure factory receipt of order, order processing and order fulfillment.  Follow-up with manufacturer for any shortfall in order fulfillment.
  • Log and communicate with purchasing clerk, BDM/BD, and retail teams any variances from original order to factory final delivery documents.
  • Track containers from factory to port and from port to Webco warehouses.
  • Monitor “out of stocks” “discontinues”, daily.
  • Monitor ad forecasts to ensure ads and special orders have been fulfilled to customer
  • Create, maintain, monitor, analyze and adjust spreadsheets and files to ensure fill rates at minimum 97%. Ensure new items, discontinues, deleted, and converted items are communicated on a timely basis. 
  • Partner with BDM/BD on maintaining sufficient inbound flow of inventory for 97% fulfillment while maintaining a low volume of slow movers. Also analyze ad forecast for variances and retail non-fulfillment. 
  • Completes required paperwork and forwards orders on a timely basis to maintain inbound flow.  
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work area and follows safety guidelines.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

  • Communicate with BDM to maintain updated information on the product lines, order timing and inventory levels.
  • Communicate with warehouse supervisors to update actual inventories and flow of product arrivals into respective warehouse. 
  • May be required to perform additional duties assigned by supervisor.

  • Able to use M5, Co 1 Reports, and WMS internal systems. 

Education:

Experience:

  • Previous experience in logistics and inventory management preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Working conditions are considered acceptable and involve sitting for prolonged periods while working on a computer, indoors under regular warehouse conditions.

Work Hours:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Representatives are responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory to assure client standards are met and volume is increased. PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

Revenue Budget Achievement

  • Increase sales volume by addressing distribution voids and out of stock issues.
  • Assure all new items authorized by the buyer get cut into store distribution via approved planogram.
  • When booking ad orders, suggest quantities needed and request secondary display activity.
  • Push close-outs where possible.

Core Retail Sales and Merchandising

Core Item Distribution 

  • Assure all items authorized are in distribution and all have price tags.

  • Assists with merchandising support. Pull product out from back rooms to fill distribution voids.
  • All reps should know the status of back stock, especially A volume accounts.
